I’m Doing My Job
I’m Doing My Job follows 6 young, female South Asian & Black emergency medical physicians’ lives throughout the pandemic in NYC as they balance motherhood and increasing responsibility in their hospitals.
All of these intelligent, courageous, and persevering women show up for their communities when it matters most, showcasing their strength as BIPOC nurses and doctors, many of whom are first generation Americans. Through their stories, we can examine the intersection of motherhood and burgeoning careers, and see that true leadership requires delving into our deepest vulnerabilities.
